PHP-180A Series chemical metering pumps can be operated continuously or automatically by means of a pulse frequency signal. The operator simply changes the switch position from C to H. The pump is designed for applications involving the chemical dosing of a solution in relation to the volume of liquid being treated ( i.e., the chlorination of water). When you set the second switch for x1, the pump responds with one dose for every four input pulses received. In the x10 position, the pump will respond with one dose for every 40 input pulses received. By adjusting the regulating knob from 0 to 100% in the x10 position, the dosing ratio can be varied. These pumps feature a polypropylene pumphead and are available in three capacities. Model PHP-181A features polyethylene membrane disk valves and Viton ® seals and gaskets. PHP-182A/183A have ogival valves with Hastelloy springs and Viton ® seals and gaskets. Pump housing is aluminum coated with a polymer resin for corrosion protection. Pump Includes: Each pump comes with foot and injection valves, 2 m (6.5') of PVC suction tubing, 2 m (6.5') of polyethylene delivery tubing, filter, mounting hardware, connector for pumps with mA or frequency input, a bracket for pumps with a level input to hold level switch and filter, and LEV-2 level switch. Available Accessory Floating level probe with reversible magnetic actuation, PVC float, 2 m (6.5') of cable and connector. Model number: LEV-2, $42
