Descrizione

SWD-DASWizard is a powerful add-in for Microsoft Excel, which allows you to bring data directly into the cells of an Excel spread-sheet. Data can be acquired from external sources using an analog input, digital input or a temperature input of the supported data acquisition boards. Conversely, data from a spreadsheet can be output to an analog output or digital output board. You do not have to write a single line of code to perform any data acquisition task.

Easy-to-Use Dialog Box Interface
When SWD-DASWizard is added to Microsoft Excel, its easy-to-use dialog box can be displayed from Excel’s menu bar. You can configure a variety of data acquisition tasks and execute them through this dialog box. It features context sensitive on-line help so you never have to flip the pages of a voluminous manual.

Program Using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
VBA is the Visual Basic programming language included with most Microsoft products. You can execute data acquisition tasks from within a VBA module by calling a function in SWD-DASWizard. This allows you to develop a sophisticated data acquisition program very easily; for example, you could create a variety of tasks using SWD-DASWizard and then control their execution through your VBA code. You can develop your own user interface and execute tasksin the active workbook through that interface. Your VBA code can respond to one or more events that occur within Excel, for example, a workbook being opened or closed, a cell in a worksheet being edited. The possibilities are endless!
